• Development and maintenance of client websites and their supporting systems
• Conversion of website design files (Photoshop/Illustrator) into working websites
• Programming of back-end systems in Coldfusion for integration with front-end websites built using, X/HTML, CSS and JavaScript libraries like jQuery
• Programming of back-end systems in PHP for integration with front-end websites built using, X/HTML, CSS and JavaScript libraries like jQuery
• WordPress development experience
• Development and maintenance of custom web applications
• Implementing Search Engine Optimization plans

Minimum Skills & Qualifications
The qualified candidate will demonstrate experience in the following areas:

• Experience with Coldfusion preferred, but not required
• Thorough knowledge of using X/HTML and CSS for standard’s compliant web development
• JavaScript and using libraries like jQuery to provide rich client side experiences
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or MySQL helpful
• Experience with common development tools and environments
• A basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization principles
• A desire to learn every day and ability to find answers when needed
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Familiarity with additional Internet and related technologies, including Mobile, is highly desirable

Corporate 3 Design has completed the first phase of a two-part launch for Methodist Hospital Foundation. Built upon our GenX2 Content Management System, Corporate 3 Design completely redesigned and developed www.methodisthospitalfoundation.org. The first phase was to construct a new layout and design, integrate with our GenX2 CMS, and migrate content from their previous static site. The second phase, currently in progress, will include additional content development, an enhanced donation section, and a modular registration application for their events.

One of our current development trends has been the use of CSS Sprites, With Methodist Hospital Foundation, all of the primary graphic elements are site are called from one image file. In addition to the benefits of file management and organization, the use of CSS sprites also helps to reduce the bandwidth profile of the site, an image file loaded once, and in cached use throughout the duration of a user’s visit to the site. Below is the sprite image from the site as an example of how Corporate 3 Design is using sprites.

On Friday, we launched the revised version of Corporate3Design.com, our corporate web presence. The new site features a redesigned look and feel, integrating with our social media presences, and improved navigation to sub-sections within the site.

But the core feature behind the new site is something you can’t see. We’ve migrated the site to our GenX2 CMS, our content management system. GenX2 CMS is scalable module-based content management system we’ve spent the last year building which you’ll be hearing more about soon.

We are also tying together our Social Media activities. On the new site, you can follow our Twitter stream, or join us on Facebook.

Calvary Christian Church, a progressive, non-denominational Christian Church located in Bellevue, Nebraska, approached C3D for a new look to their brand. Having no previous “logo” or true brand awareness to worry about losing, Corporate 3 was given a clean slate to work with. The main challenge lied in that to accompany the core CCC logo, there needed to be a cohesive look that could be carried throughout the 5 existing ministries within the Church, as well as be adaptive to future ministries. Along with the 5 ministries, almost all consisted of multiple programs within that either carried their own logo/identity, or needed a new logo to represent the programs. The result. C3D created a flexible brand mark and naming convention in which all 18 identities could play nicely together while maintaining the core branding of CCC and while allowing further expansion of new ministries and programs.

In the world of concrete, there are expansion joints and then there is the new ChanSpan Expansion Joint Channel System. Corporate 3 Design was tasked with a microsite for the ChanSpan product as well as a flyer for their upcoming tradeshow in Las Vegas.

My Personal Vault, www.mypersonalvault.com, an online document storage provider – an online safety deposit box for your valuable documents – recently tasked Corporate 3 Design with a redesign of their web site. While the site is built upon state-of-art technology, the previous design lacked the creative presentation their brand demanded in marketplace.

Corporate 3 Design’s responsibility in the project consisted of Layout & Design, CSS/XHTML template production, production of graphical elements, and an implementation guide for MyPersonalVault’s internal developer.

Manage Metrix, www.managemetrix.com, is a joint venture between Taurus Software and F. Curtis Barry & Company. On a tight deadline, Corporate 3 Design was tasked with establishing the brand identity, developing trade show materials including a product data sheet, and a web site.

Corporate 3 Design is looking for a talented interactive designer with the ability to create beautiful and compelling experiences. Applicant must have the ability to deliver multiple aesthetics, a sound understanding of usability and typography, a strong attention to detail and should be adept with Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and other visual design tools. Experience with (X)HTML, CSS is required. ActionScript, motion design are a plus.

Projects will span interactive advertising campaigns, websites, email and mobile.

An online portfolio is required.

* BFA in accredited art/design school plus experience in the visual communications industry; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Proficiency with Macintosh and PCs
* Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, & Flash
* Strong working knowledge of (X)HTML and CSS
* Advanced knowledge of typography
* Advanced ActionScript & HTML knowledge a plus

Corporate 3 Design launched the new web site for West Direct.

The web presence for West Direct previously lived in a couple of pages buried in their existing corporate site structure. C3D’s solution was to bring the Direct division to the forefront with their own look and feel with rich colors and custom iconography while adhering to brand identity guidelines and ties to the corporate site.

The site is a css/xhtml layout incorporate Adobe Flash, and jQuery effects.
