Shawn Hartley

Shawn has over 20 years of advanced interactive experience and will lead a talented development/programming team through all technical aspects of the project as well as assisting with the creative approach to ensure a user-friendly experience. 

Too often, companies see their website as a brochure. Shawn tries to change that mindset. He is well versed on making a website “work” for the clients through goal identification and a variety of tactics to accomplish them.

As VP & Director of Interactive services, Shawn is the resident Marketing Technologist managing our technical infrastructure, full-stack web development, content management, e-commerce and online marketing – including lead generation, search and social. He also plays a significant role in business development, internal strategic direction, and studio management.

Shawn has demonstrated experience in multiple programming languages (.net, ColdFusion, PHP, Python), multiple database models (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and server stacks (LAMP, LEMP, Windows). On the marketing side, he is well versed in SEO/SEM, Lead Generation, Sales Funnels and the Customer Journey, KPIs and more. 

During his career, he has worked with clients from Fortune 100 to Small Business and everything in between. His ability to speak the clients’ language with IT staff has resulted in well integrated web projects between both marketing and information technology teams.
