The Omaha Airport Authority (OAA) is responsible for managing much of Omaha’s air travel. This includes Eppley Airfield (OMA) in Omaha, NE and the Millard Airport (KMLE) in Millard, NE.
OAA’s mission is “to provide premier customer service and airport facilities through operational excellence”. The previous version of flyOMA.com wasn’t living up to their customer service standards. So in early 2018, OAA reached out to Corporate Three Design to help change that. We delivered a site that was customer friendly, easy to update, and would grow as the Airport grows.
The next stage of Eppley Airfield’s growth was their new North Garage and ParkOMA. Working with the OAA team and their consultants, we created a new ParkOMA section on the website. Our objective was to clearly communicate, using design and messaging, Eppley Airfield’s parking options and availability.
When COVID hit, the Airport had to quickly pivot. They made adjustments to parking and cleaning procedures. In order to communicate the enhanced cleaning procedures, we helped to create the TravelSafeOMA brand campaign.
We’ve made their mission our mission. Every project is considered in light of how well it will serve the customer. OAA relies on our consulting and expertise to oversee their website, development, branding, and advertising. As well as partnering with their internal team for social media.
